City Festival FAQs (not finished yet)

THE RAVE IS AT
LINCOLNSHIRE SHOWGROUND

We have a dedicated shuttle bus service that leaves direct from LINCOLN train station to the event.

If you are coming from another city,
take the train to LINCOLN and then hop straight on the bus.

We also have busses that take you back to the city afterwards, so you can catch the last train home.

The rave will be happening at Lincolnshire Showground, inside their biggest warehouse.
1pm - 10pm on Saturday 6th April 2024.
Last entry is 4pm.

You cannot purchase on the door. You must buy online in advance.
We’ll have a fully licensed bar with a variety of drinks.
You cannot bring your own drinks.
Yes there will be, at Void Lincoln from 10.30pm - 4am

It must have a hologram logo approved by the PASS scheme.
Passport or Drivers License is advised.
No, physical ID must be shown.
As with any bar or nightclub, if you look under 25 then we cannot guarantee entry with no ID. Attend at your own risk

For the safety of our customers and our staff, everyone will be searched prior to entry.
You can use your phone. Please make sure you download or screenshot the the QR code before you leave for the festival, in case there is no signal.

Closer to the event

The festival is around 10 minutes drive from Lincoln city centre at Lincolnshire Showground.
You must enter via Gate 4.
There will be signposts when approacing the event.

You must enter via GATE 4.
The two best options are to book a taxi, or use our dedicated Square One shuttle bus service.
Shuttles will be leaving regularly from Lincoln city centre, and returning afterwards.
You can buy shuttle bus tickets now. Please note there is limited availability so make sure you do it well in advance.
Lincoln is easily and cheaply accessible by train from the surrounding cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby etc.
Arrive in Lincoln by train, and then hop on our shuttle bus or take a taxi to the festival.
Make sure you buy your shuttle bus ticket in advance.
Any hotels or airbnb's etc in Lincoln city centre would be best.
You can get dropped off at the festival entrance.

We will have a variety of street food traders at the festival, with V options.
Please contact a member of staff asap, who will direct you to the medical centre. There will be a medical team on site at all times.
The main stage is inside the warehouse, but the food and chill area will be exposed.
Check the weather prior to the event.
Yes we will have a cloakroom at the festival.
Small bags are ok, approx the size of an a4 piece of paper
Yes, there will be plenty at the event, including disabled toilets.
Yes, you will be able to bring in small top-up make up products such as lipstick, lipgloss etc
